Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Items are shipped using parcel force 48 hour tracked service or Hermes 3-5 day service depending on the size/weight of the package. This is only determined after packaging. You will be notified how your item/items are being sent when you receive your tracking number(s). Please note with larger items this may be sent as 2 parcels. You will be informed of this and provided with 2 tracking numbers if this is the case.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Postage to UK mainland is free.
​
Scottish Highlands and Islands, an extra delivery charge will be incurred to these locations. Due to the large variety of package sizes and weights, we will provide a delivery quote for each individual order. Please go ahead and place your order as normal and we will contact you with the delivery quote. Alternatively, you can contact us beforehand and we will provide you with the quote.

We do NOT deliver to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland.

In-store pickup
​
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions of how to find us and a collection time we will agree with you.
Pick up is by apointment only monday-friday 9am-6pm.

International Shipping

We do not post outside of the UK.

How do I check the status of my order?
​
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservices.awning-world@outlook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 28 days of the delivery date.

Return Process
​
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservices.awning-world@outlook.com to obtain a 6 digit return authorisation number. After receiving this number, package the item securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative and mail your return to the following address.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds
​
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions
​
In the event that your order is damaged in any way or not as described, please email us as soon as possible at customerservices.awning-world@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
