Condition is used very good and mostly very clean. Pretty much immaculate like new. Some of the guy lines are still factory tied. The only downside is this has 2 blotches (one on side wall and one on the roof) and some of the poles are tarnished in places. Please see pictures. Doesn’t affect use.
