Condition is used very good and mostly very clean. Almost immaculate like new. Does not really have so much as a mark on it. Air beams leak tested for 24 hours with no preasure loss during this time. This awning inflates from a single inflation point.
The only point to mention on this is the previous owner has cut a section in to the top of the back of the awning. Presumably to clear the door of their van. See pictures. This does not effect the use in any way.
