Condition is used very good and mostly very clean. Does have some marks in places (mainly on the roof). This has a few points where the wing nuts on some of the poles have rubbed against the wall fabric. On both the front corner legs and on both the main front cross poles. Doesn’t affect the use. No impact on the roof or the waterproofness. Please see pictures.
