Condition is used good. Not particularly dirty but does have some dirt marks in places. Mainly on the roof and some of the lighter fabric. Has 2 minor damaged points to mention. A tiny 2x1cm patch on the roof and a bit of damage on the side wall. See pictures. Doesn’t affect use.
