Condition is used good. In general it’s pretty clean but does have some dirt marks in places including some light streak marks on the edge of the roof. No damage however this has 2 repair patches that sit at the back on either side. Please see pictures. Also one of the front zips only has one zip on it so only opens one way. This awning has been professionally adjusted to fit the size advertised.
